Works consist of:
We have recently commenced works on a large demolition/refurbishment/new build project at Wimbledon. We are working for two contractors, McCormack Demolition and Gilbert-Ash Limited. As the demolition and refurbishment packages are being carried out simultaneously great care is needed to co-ordinate and programme the works to ensure a smooth and successful completion to the Phases. Despite Main Contractor delays to the start of programme we have successfully completed the demolition Phase ahead of programme and the Refurbishment Phase is also on target to meet the programme completion date.
